When you can get money back for a Triggerfy plan, and how refunds are paid.

In short

Payments are non-refundable, with two exceptions: Instagram restricting your account while you’re on a paid plan (when it wasn’t your fault), and billing errors.

The Free plan lets you try Triggerfy before you pay; there is no free trial. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refund if Instagram restricts your account

If Instagram or Meta restricts, limits or suspends your connected Instagram account, or its ability to send messages or comments, while you are on an active paid plan, you may be eligible for a refund.

What you’ll get

  • Monthly plan: a refund of the amount you paid for the current billing period.
  • Yearly plan: a refund for the unused full months remaining in your term.

Conditions

  • The restriction happened while your paid plan was active and you were using Triggerfy automations.
  • You contact support@triggerfy.app within 7 days of the restriction, with your registered email, your Instagram username, and a screenshot or notice from Instagram showing the restriction.
  • We determine, acting reasonably, that the restriction wasn’t caused by your own breach: for example prohibited content, spam, breaking Meta’s policies, ignoring an earlier warning, breaching our Terms or Fair Usage Policy, or running other automation tools on the same account at the same time.
  • The account wasn’t already restricted when you subscribed.

We’ll review your request within 7 working days and may ask for more information.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount, because of a billing error, tell us at support@triggerfy.app within 7 days. We’ll correct it or refund the difference. This is a correction of an error, not a refund of a correct charge.

What isn’t refundable

  • Change of mind, or time and features you didn’t use.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal (you can cancel any time; see the Cancellation Policy).
  • Downgrading, or upgrading from Pro to Elite part-way through a period.
  • Results you expected, such as followers, sales or reach.
  • Accounts we suspended or closed for breaking our Terms.
  • Instagram or Meta changes, outages or API limits that aren’t a restriction of your account.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Any GST you paid is refunded in proportion. We can’t send refunds to a different account or payment method.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@triggerfy.app from your registered email address with the subject “Refund request”, your Instagram username, and the reason (with the restriction notice, if that’s the reason). We’ll confirm receipt within 48 hours.
