In short
Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. You won’t be charged again, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Then you move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: extra automations are paused, and upgrading turns them back on.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan, or by emailing support@triggerfy.app from your registered email address.
When it takes effect
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- Cancelling doesn’t refund unused time (see our Refund Policy for the exceptions).
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. You’ll get a reminder before renewal where RBI rules require one.
What happens when you move to Free
- Features outside the Free plan stop working, including unlimited DMs, email capture and export, follow-up DMs, AI message rotation, the priority queue and smart queue protection.
- Free limits apply: the limits shown on our pricing page.
- If you have more live automations than the Free plan allows, we keep your earliest ones running and pause the most recently created ones. Automations on extra Instagram accounts are paused the same way. Paused automations aren’t deleted, and you can turn them back on by upgrading.
- “Sent with Triggerfy” branding appears again on your DMs.
- Nothing is deleted, but on Free only your newest contacts are shown and email export isn’t available, so export your captured emails before your paid period ends. Everything becomes visible again if you upgrade.
Downgrading
To move from Elite to Pro, or to Free, cancel your current plan the same way. It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; then you move to Free and can subscribe to Pro. There’s no refund or credit for the difference.
Switching between monthly and yearly
Cancel your current plan, then subscribe on the other billing interval once the period you paid for ends. The new interval applies from then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll notify you and Razorpay retries the charge over the next few days; your plan keeps working meanwhile. If every retry fails, your account moves to the Free plan.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account (Settings → General → Delete account) ends all paid access immediately, stops auto-renewal, and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. No refund is given for the remaining time, except where our Refund Policy applies.
Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel your account for a breach of our Terms or Fair Usage Policy, or if Meta or the law requires it. In that case, no refund is due.
Disconnecting Instagram
You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from Settings → Instagram or from your Instagram settings. Disconnecting stops your automations but doesn’t cancel your subscription.
